My parents launched SANTINI Belgravia in 1984, which as every London cabbie will tell you was Frank Sinatra's favourite London restaurant. My sister Laura recently stepped into the family business and asked for my help to refurbish. The brief was to show Laura's personality without losing any of the past values. A true and exciting blend of old and new and the odd free cocktail for me!
